4 simple steps to VIP Day success…
A VIP Day runs from 9am-5pm CT, with a 1-hour lunch break. Half days are available (4 hours, from 9am to 1pm CT), but more complex / multiple tasks will take a full day.

A week before your VIP Day, we’ll have a 1-hour Zoom call to review your wish list and select the items I’ll work on.

Starting with your prioritized items, I’ll work through your wish list. We’ll communicate via email during the day.

Post-Day
Support
After your VIP Day, you’ll have 30 days to email me with any questions you have about the work that I completed for you.
How do I pay for my day?
$375 is due now to secure your VIP Day on my calendar. Simply choose an available day and lock in your VIP Day with a 50% deposit via credit/debit card.
The remaining $375 is due 24 hours before your VIP Day, before any work begins. I’ll send an invoice via HoneyBook for payment via credit/debit card.

What is a VIP Day?
A VIP Day is a collaborative, 8-hour session during which I tackle your website punch list or wish list (things you’d love to add to your website but don’t know how to). Starting with your priority items, I’ll work through your list and complete as many items as I can by the end of the day.*
We’ll communicate via email throughout the day. You’ll need to be available to make decisions and provide feedback as I work on and complete each item on your to-do list.
*All requests must be completable within the booked time. Additional VIP Days may be required to complete your entire list—including your priority items—depending on complexity.
What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my VIP Day after it’s booked?
You can reschedule up to 3 times in a 90-day period, as long as you reschedule at least 7 days prior to your VIP Day. If you decide to cancel your VIP Day, your deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to other services I offer.
Are we on a phone call / Zoom for the whole day?
No. There may be a brief call in the morning before I start working, plus 1-2 touch-base calls throughout the day to get your feedback or approval before I move forward.
I do need you to be responsive the day-of to make decisions and provide feedback and approvals as I complete work. This ensures I can move at a speed required to get stuff done.
What if I don’t have a full day where I can be available for feedback?
We can either split your VIP Day over two consecutive weekdays (4 hours each day, from 9am-12:30pm CT) OR I can plan out the day so that, during the time you’re not available, I’ll work on items that don’t require your feedback. I just ask that you respond as soon as possible to avoid delays.
If you’re still concerned that you won’t be available enough (even for a half-day), then a VIP Day is not a good fit. I’d be happy to provide you a custom quote for your website needs.
